This was our second lesson and we got to learn about different perspectives and how to understand from the customers point of view. He showed us 9 dots, in which we were told to join all of it in with straight lines. he reduced the number of lines used each time, but still managed to join all the dots together. This made me realise that there are many ways to solve a problem and there are different approaches to solve a problem.
